No “Zero Days”

Long range hikers call days when you log no miles as “zero days.”

When you’re trying to push yourself farther, you need to accomplish something every day.

Every day, I make my bed.

Every week day I shave.

3 times a week I swim.

I don’t skip meals.

1 of these days I’m going to start running, but I’m not going to punish myself for not starting that just yet.

Even if you only do a little, do something. It adds up!
